1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

  • To cancel, please contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • You cancel the order before it is shipped.

  • There is a billing error or duplicate charge.

  • You receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof).

2.2 How Refunds Work

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method (UPI, wallet, card, etc.).

  • No refunds are provided for:

    • Opened or used supplement containers.

    • Incorrect addresses or customer unavailability at the time of delivery.

3. Exchange & Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging for replacements.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.

  • Standard delivery time: 3–5 business days (may vary by location).

  • Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

4.2 Service Areas

  • We deliver pan-India through trusted courier partners.

  • Remote area deliveries may take longer.

5. Missed Deliveries

  • If you are unavailable, the delivery partner will attempt redelivery.

  • If unsuccessful, the package may be returned.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
